All weekend and today, so many things have happened to so many different people. Some good...some bad; some happy...some sad. And, all weekend and today, I was reminded that He is Jehovah.
He is Jehovah Rohi (Shepherd) to Jessica - a student that desperately needs our prayers right now. Psalms 23:1
He is Jehovah Jireh (Provider) to my friend Tammy - who has her house up for sale. We know He will provide at the right time. Genesis 22:14
He is Jehovah Shalom (Peace) to Carolyn - someone who will soon meet Jesus face to face. And there is no doubt that Jehovah has met her and her family in many places over the past few months and has shown Himself to them in many ways. Judges 6:24
He is Jehovah Shammah (Present) to me - a few things happened today that only He could show me and remind me that HE IS THERE. It was AMAZING. Ezekiel 48:35
He is Jehovah Elohim - our Eternal Creator Genesis 1:1
He is Jehovah Adonai - the Lord of Sovereignty Genesis 15:12
He is Jehovah Nissi - our Banner Exodus 17:15
He is Jehovah Tsidkenu - the Lord of Righteousness Jeremiah 23:6
He is Jehovah Sabaoth - our Deliverer Isaiah 44:6
He is Jehovah Elyon - the Lord Most High Genesis 14:22
He is Jehovah to me. He may not be all these things to me in the same day, but He is ALL these things, plus more, to everyone, everyday.
